These terms apply to every order placed with Flower Delivery Perth through flowerdeliveryperth.com.au, by phone, or by email. By placing an order, you agree to them.

We’ve kept them short and readable. If anything here isn’t clear, ask us before you order — we’d rather explain it now than argue about it later.

Placing an order

When you submit an order, you’re making an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed once we’ve accepted your order and payment has been received — you’ll receive a confirmation email at that point.

We may decline or cancel an order if we can’t source the flowers, can’t deliver to the address, or suspect the order is fraudulent. If we do, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, and the details you provide must be accurate and complete.

Your responsibility for details

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, recipient name, phone number and card message. We deliver to the address supplied. If it’s wrong, the delivery is still treated as completed — see our refunds & returns page for what happens next.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider — we don’t offer accounts, invoicing or cash on delivery for online orders.

A $15 flat delivery fee applies within the Perth metropolitan area and is added at checkout.

We do our best to keep prices and availability accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we’ll contact you before processing the order and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver across the Perth metropolitan area, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 4 PM (AWST) are delivered the same day; later orders go out on the next delivery day.

We aim to deliver on your requested date but can’t guarantee a specific time, as our driver runs a set route. Where a delivery is genuinely time-critical — a funeral service, for example — tell us in the order notes and we’ll prioritise it.

If the recipient isn’t home, we leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with reception and send you a photo. This counts as a completed delivery. Full detail is on our delivery information page.

Substitutions

Fresh flowers are seasonal and market-supplied. We may substitute individual stems or containers with items of equal or greater value, keeping the same style, size and colour palette. Where a feature flower central to your order isn’t available, we’ll contact you before making the arrangement.

The full detail is in our substitution policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product images and descriptions

Photographs on our website are a guide to style, size and colour. Every arrangement is made by hand from what’s fresh that morning, so the exact stems will vary. We match the look, scale and value shown — we don’t promise a stem-for-stem replica of a photograph.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact us before 4 PM on the day before delivery to change the date, address or card message, or to cancel — at no charge. Once an arrangement has been made and dispatched it can’t be cancelled, as the flowers were cut and prepared specifically for your order and can’t be resold.

Our freshness guarantee, claim process and refund timeframes are set out on our refunds & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Card messages and content

We transcribe card messages exactly as you write them, so please check spelling before submitting. We reserve the right to decline a message that is unlawful, threatening, harassing or offensive, and will contact you if we do.

Corporate and event orders

Weekly office flowers, event work, wedding flowers and large or recurring orders may be subject to a separate written agreement, including deposits, minimum spends and different cancellation terms. Where such an agreement exists, it takes precedence over these terms for that order.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, floral designs, logos, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to Flower Delivery Perth and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission. This includes copying our product photography or page content for use on another florist website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to place fraudulent orders, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or harvest content or data, or interfere with the site’s operation. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.

Liability

Privacy

We handle your personal information — and the recipient’s — in line with our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business changes. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Almost every issue is sorted out with a phone call — and we’d much rather fix it than formalise it.

Common questions about our terms

When is my order actually confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once we have accepted it and payment has been received — you’ll get a confirmation email at that point. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we accept it.

Are your prices in Australian dollars and do they include GST?

Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. A $15 flat delivery fee is added at checkout for the Perth metropolitan area.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We don’t offer cash on delivery, accounts or invoicing for online orders — corporate accounts are arranged separately.

When can I cancel or change my order?

Free of charge any time before 4 PM the day before delivery — you can change the date, address or card message, or cancel entirely. Once the arrangement has been made and dispatched it can’t be cancelled, as the flowers were prepared specifically for your order.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details. We deliver to the address supplied, and a delivery made to that address is treated as completed. Contact us as soon as you notice — where the flowers can be retrieved, we’ll arrange a redelivery for a fee.

Can you refuse or cancel my order?

Yes, in limited cases — if we can’t source the flowers, can’t deliver to the address, or suspect the order is fraudulent. We’ll contact you and refund you in full if we do.

Do these terms limit my consumer rights?

No. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including a replacement or refund for a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies those rights.

What if the website shows a wrong price?

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we’ll contact you before processing the order. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Can I use your product photos on my own website?

No. All website content — including product photography, floral designs, text and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Australian copyright law. Reproducing it, including on another florist website, requires our written permission.

Which law applies to my order?

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless.

Not sure about something?

Ask before you order. A quick call clears up more than any page of terms can.
