A real Perth florist
Talk to the people making your flowers
No call centre, no relay network. When you get in touch, you reach the workroom: the same people arranging and delivering your order.
Whether it’s a question before you order, a change to a delivery, or something that hasn’t gone to plan, we’d rather hear from you than have you wonder. The quickest way to sort anything out is a phone call during opening hours.
Opening hours
Same-day cut-off is 4 PM, Monday to Saturday. Ordering after that? Place the order online anyway. It’ll go out on the next delivery day, and you can contact us in the morning if the timing needs adjusting.
Send us a message
Email us at info@flowerdeliveryperth.com.au and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can during opening hours. If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number so we can find the delivery straight away.
What people usually ask us
Some of the most common questions are already answered in detail. These might save you a phone call:
Ordering by phone
We’re happy to take orders over the phone, especially for funerals, sympathy arrangements, or anything where you’d rather describe what you want than pick from a photo. Please have ready:
- The delivery address, including unit number and any access notes
- The recipient’s name and phone number
- Your card message and the delivery date
- A rough budget and colour preference, and we’ll build to it
We’ll confirm the delivery fee for the address before you pay. It’s based on distance, the same as when you order online.
Funeral and sympathy orders
Please call rather than ordering online where the timing is tight. We’ll need the service time, venue and the name of the deceased so we can deliver ahead of the service and label the arrangement correctly. You can also browse our sympathy flowers.
Occasions and busy days
For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, ordering a few days ahead is the best way to lock in your delivery date.
Corporate and event enquiries
For weekly office flowers, event work or regular accounts, email us with your requirements and we’ll come back with options and pricing. See our corporate flowers page for what we cover.
Who you’re dealing with
We’re a Perth florist delivering across the greater metropolitan area, Monday to Saturday. Our flowers come from the Canning Vale markets each morning and are arranged in our own workroom the same day.

Questions before you get in touch
What’s the fastest way to reach you?
Phone, during opening hours. You’ll reach the workroom directly rather than a call centre. For same-day and urgent orders, please call rather than emailing.
How quickly will you reply to an email?
We aim to reply the same business day during opening hours, Monday to Saturday. Emails sent after hours or on Sunday are answered the next business morning. If it’s time-critical, please call instead.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings, and closed on Sunday. Same-day delivery orders need to be placed before 4 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Can I order flowers over the phone?
Yes. Have the delivery address, the recipient’s name and phone number, your card message, the delivery date, and a rough budget and colour preference ready. Phone ordering works especially well for funerals and sympathy arrangements.
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee is based on the distance to the delivery address. Enter the address at checkout and the exact fee is shown clearly before you pay, so there are no surprises. More detail is on our delivery information page.
Which areas do you deliver to?
The greater Perth metropolitan area, Monday to Saturday. Browse the full list on our delivery areas page, or enter the address at checkout to see the delivery fee for that suburb.
I need to change a delivery. Who do I contact?
Get in touch with your order number. Changes to the date, address or card message can be made at no charge before 4 PM the day before delivery. If the address changes, the delivery fee is recalculated for the new distance. Once an arrangement has been made and dispatched, it can’t be changed.
Something went wrong with my order. What should I do?
Call or email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We’ll confirm the issue and arrange a replacement or a refund. The full process is on our refunds and returns page.
Can I get a quote for corporate or event flowers?
Yes. Email us with your requirements, such as frequency, budget, style and location, and we’ll come back with options and pricing. Weekly office flowers, event work and regular accounts are all arranged this way. See our corporate flowers page for more.
Are you a real florist or a relay service?
We’re a real, local Perth florist. Flowers are bought each morning at the Canning Vale markets and arranged by hand in our own workroom. When you call, you’re speaking to the people making your order, not an interstate call centre.
Order by 4 PM for delivery today
Hand-tied in our Perth workroom and delivered the same afternoon. The delivery fee is based on distance and shown at checkout before you pay.
