7 daysFreshness promise

We’re a real Perth florist — every arrangement is made by hand in our own workroom with flowers bought that morning at the Canning Vale markets. Your order is never passed to a relay network or a call centre interstate. That’s why we can promise same-day delivery so late in the day, and why we can tell you exactly what’s in the vase.

How same-day delivery works

Order before 4 PM

Place your order online or by phone before 4 PM (AWST), Monday to Saturday.

We arrange it by hand

Your bouquet is made up in our Perth workroom the same day, using market-fresh stems.

Delivered that afternoon

We deliver by 6 PM and send you a photo of the finished flowers on the doorstep.

Same-day cut-off times

Order before 4 PM (AWST), Monday to Saturday, and we’ll deliver the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM, or any time on a Sunday, go out on the next delivery day.

It’s one of the latest cut-offs in Perth — most national services close their same-day window hours earlier, because they still have to hand your order to a third-party florist.

Peak periods: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas book out fast. During these weeks the same-day cut-off can close earlier than 4 PM once our delivery run is full — order in the morning, or a day ahead, to be safe.

Delivery fee

$15 flat, anywhere in the Perth metropolitan area. No zone surcharges, no “extended area” fees, no surprises at checkout — the same $15 whether we’re heading to the CBD or out to the far northern suburbs. The fee is added at checkout.

Where we deliver

We cover the greater Perth metropolitan area, from the CBD out through the northern, southern, eastern, hills and coastal suburbs.

Not sure whether we reach you? Use the suburb checker at the top of our home page, or browse the full delivery areas list. If your suburb sits just outside the metro boundary, give us a call — we can often still make it work.

Delivery times

Same-day orders are delivered between our workroom dispatch and 6 PM. We can’t guarantee a specific hour — our driver runs an efficient route across the metro area — but you can add a preferred time or a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to work around it.

If the timing genuinely matters (a funeral service, hospital visiting hours, an office that closes early), tell us in the order notes and we’ll prioritise that stop on the run.

Hospitals

Please include the hospital name, ward and the patient’s full name. Some wards — intensive care, maternity and oncology in particular — restrict fresh flowers, so we’ll call you to suggest an alternative if we can’t deliver to the room. Where flowers aren’t permitted, we can deliver to reception or hold the order for a home delivery instead.

Funerals and services

Include the service time, venue and the name of the deceased. We deliver funeral flowers ahead of the service — usually 60 to 90 minutes before it begins — so everything is in place when the family arrives. For same-day funeral orders, please call us rather than ordering online, so we can confirm we can meet the timing.

Offices and businesses

We deliver to businesses during standard hours and leave the flowers with reception where the recipient isn’t at their desk. Add the company name and floor or suite number to the address. For regular office or reception flowers, see our corporate flowers page.

Apartments and gated complexes

Add the unit number and any building access details or intercom code in the order notes. Without them, our driver may not be able to reach the door — we’ll leave the flowers with building management or in a safe spot instead.

Photo on delivery

You’re usually not there to see the flowers arrive, so we send you a photo of the finished arrangement on delivery. You’ll see exactly what was made, exactly where it was left, and know it landed safely — no wondering whether it turned up.

If nobody’s home

Flowers are perishable, so we don’t take them back to the workroom. If the recipient isn’t home, our driver will:

  • leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot — a covered porch, verandah or behind a gate, out of direct sun;
  • leave them with reception or building management at apartments, offices and gated complexes;
  • send you the delivery photo so you can see where they were left.

If there’s genuinely no safe place to leave them — an unfenced front yard on a 38-degree day, for example — we’ll contact you before deciding, and arrange a redelivery if needed. A redelivery fee may apply where the address or access details supplied were incorrect. See our refunds & returns page for the full detail.

Our 7-day freshness promise

Every arrangement is built from flowers bought that morning, conditioned in our workroom and delivered hours later — not stems that have spent days in transit. With basic care (fresh water every couple of days, a cool spot away from direct sun, fruit bowls and air-conditioning vents, and a quick trim of the stems), your flowers should stay beautiful for at least seven days.

If they don’t, we’ll replace them or refund you. Just send us a photo within 48 hours — the details are on our refunds & returns page.

Changing or cancelling a delivery

Need to change the address, date or card message? Contact us before 4 PM the day before delivery and we’ll amend it at no charge. Once an order has been arranged and loaded for delivery, it can’t be cancelled — the flowers have already been made up for you. Full terms are on our refunds & returns page.

Delivery questions, answered

What time is the same-day flower delivery cut-off in Perth?

Order before 4 PM (AWST), Monday to Saturday, for same-day delivery anywhere in the Perth metro area. Orders placed after 4 PM, or on a Sunday, are delivered on the next delivery day.

How much does flower delivery cost in Perth?

Delivery is a $15 flat fee across the entire Perth metropolitan area. There are no per-suburb surcharges or extended-area fees — the price is the same wherever we deliver.

Do you deliver flowers on weekends?

We deliver Monday to Saturday, including same-day delivery on Saturdays for orders placed before 4 PM. We don’t deliver on Sundays — Sunday orders go out on Monday.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

We deliver same-day orders by 6 PM but can’t guarantee an exact hour, as our driver runs a set route across Perth. You can add a preferred time in the order notes at checkout and we’ll do our best — and for time-critical deliveries such as funerals or hospital visiting hours, we’ll prioritise that stop.

What happens if nobody is home?

Our driver leaves the flowers in a safe, shaded spot such as a covered porch, or with reception at apartments and offices, and sends you a photo showing where they were left. If there’s no safe place to leave them, we’ll contact you to arrange a redelivery.

Do you deliver flowers to hospitals in Perth?

Yes. Please include the hospital name, ward and the patient’s full name in the delivery address. Some wards — particularly intensive care, maternity and oncology — restrict fresh flowers, so we’ll call you to arrange an alternative if we can’t deliver to the room.

Can you deliver funeral flowers in time for a service?

Yes. Include the service time, venue and the name of the deceased, and we’ll deliver 60 to 90 minutes before the service begins. For same-day funeral orders, please call us so we can confirm the timing before you order.

Which Perth suburbs do you deliver to?

We deliver across the greater Perth metropolitan area, including the CBD, Subiaco, Fremantle, Joondalup, Scarborough and the northern, southern, eastern, hills and coastal suburbs. You can check your suburb using the delivery checker on our home page or browse the full delivery areas list.

Are you a real florist or a relay service?

We’re a real, local Perth florist. Every arrangement is made by hand in our own workroom using flowers bought that morning at the Canning Vale markets — your order is never passed to a relay network or an interstate call centre.

How long will my flowers last?

At least seven days with basic care — fresh water every couple of days, a cool spot away from direct sun and fruit, and a quick trim of the stems. If they don’t last that long, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace them or refund you.

Can I change or cancel my delivery?

Yes, if you contact us before 4 PM the day before delivery — we’ll change the address, date or card message at no charge. Once an order has been arranged and dispatched it can’t be cancelled, as the flowers have already been made up.
