The flowers are left in a safe, shaded spot — typically a covered porch, verandah or behind a gate — and you receive a photo showing where they were left. At apartments and offices they’re left with reception or building management. If there’s no safe place to leave them, we contact you before deciding.

You can book a delivery date up to several months ahead — useful for birthdays, anniversaries and recurring dates you don’t want to forget. Choose your delivery date at checkout. Advance orders are made fresh on the delivery date, not prepared early.

Yes, free of charge, up to 4 PM the day before delivery. You can change the delivery date, address or card message, or cancel entirely. After that point the flowers have been cut and arranged for your specific order and can’t be resold, so cancellation isn’t possible.

Yes. Leave your name off the card message and the delivery carries no identifying information. Note that if the recipient contacts us directly to ask who sent them, we don’t disclose sender details without the sender’s permission.

Yes. A photo of the finished arrangement at the delivery address is sent to you on delivery. It shows both what was made and where it was left, which matters most when you’re sending from interstate or overseas and can’t check yourself.
